Rick has been in the insurance industry for the past two years and has served as an educator and mentor of at-risk youth for over fifteen years. He came to the Shenandoah Valley to serve as Pastor at a church in Staunton for eight years. His ministry experience has helped him connect with and relate to a diverse group of customers by making them feel valued and at ease. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, playing music with his guitar and bass. He attends and participates on the ministry team at Oak Grove Baptist Restoration Ministries in Waynesboro. He and his wife Amy have been married for 26 years and are the proud parents of three grown children.
